NeoJackaroo is a modern twist on the classic Middle Eastern game Jackaroo, reimagined as a strategic, single-player card-and-marble battle. Outsmart 3 CPU opponents in a tactical race to get all your marbles home before they do.

With unique rules, unpredictable twists, and clever card-based mechanics, NeoJackaroo is easy to learn — and endlessly replayable.

🕹️ How to Play

1. Start the Game: Launch from the main menu and enter your player name.

2. Draw & Play: Each player draws one card per turn. Play wisely to move your marbles or block your rivals.

3. Strategic Actions:

   • Use 13 to break blocks

   • Use Joker to swap marbles

   • Use 7 to split moves between two marbles

4. Win the Game: Be the first to move all your marbles into your home base to win!

📖 Behind the Idea

This game was developed as a semester-long Java project, using object-oriented principles and design patterns to simulate real-world card game mechanics. From card logic to turn order, every mechanic was hand-coded — no game engines, no shortcuts.

NeoJackaroo is my way of blending tradition with tech — and it’s just the beginning.
